AVOID CHRONIC DEGENERATIVE DISEASES

Metabolic Syndrome is responsible for the major chronic degenerative diseases that lead to accelerated aging and early death in today’s society. According to the National Institutes of Health the following risk factors and disease states are associated with the Metabolic Syndrome:

  • Overweight disorders and obesity
  • High blood pressure
  • High cholesterol & triglycerides
  • High blood sugar & type 2 diabetes
  • Cardiovascular disease (heart attacks and stroke)
  • Certain cancers (breast, prostate, endometrial & colon)
  • Osteoarthritis
  • Gallbladder disease, including gallstones

Furthermore, these risk factors and diseases are frequently associated with:

  • Chronic stress, anxiety reactions and panic attacks
  • Depression, loss of self-esteem, insomnia and sleep apnea
  • Mood swings, anger, rage and aggression
  • Increased dependency on drugs, alcohol and nicotine
